Why Choose Loft Insulation?

Investing in loft insulation enables you to enhance the overall heat retention of your property, ensuring that the warmth from your central heating will stay in your property for longer. Not only does this ensure that you remain comfortable during the cold winter months, but it also means that you may find yourself saving money on your heating costs. This is made possible by reducing your reliance on your heating to keep your property at the optimum temperature. Alongside this, you will also be reducing your carbon emissions as you will be using less energy every year. With our loft insulation service, you will be able to warm your home in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Heating your home shouldn’t cost the earth.

  • Reduce the amount of heat escaping your home through your roof space
  • Increase the potential for reduced heating bills
  • Designed to be maintenance free for increased practicality
  • Quick to install, preventing hassle and stress
  • Designed to last, making it a worthwhile investment

How to Get Loft Installation Installed

Having loft insulation installed into your home is an easy and stress-free process; expertly carried out by our professional team to ensure maximum quality and minimal disruption to your daily life. The process includes the laying of a mineral fibre material between the joists, and then over the joists in your loft space. This works to capture the heat that would normally have escaped through the roof, helping to keep draughts at bay and keep warmth in. Even if you currently have loft insulation in your property, your home will likely still benefit from a top-up as it may be below the recommended level of 270mm if the insulation was not recently fitted. Insulation can be applied to all type properties with roof space and accessibility. FAQ's

This isn’t something that you need to worry about, as we can lay top up insulation over the floorboards. Alternatively, the floorboards can be removed to make way for the standard loft insulation process.

The only thing this may change is the cost, which will be determined at the survey. If there are less than 20 linear metres of pipe work in your loft space that needs to be insulated, we will include it in the cost. If there is more, we will have to charger a ‘per meter’ rate.

Yes. The only difference here is that the ceiling joists will most likely be hidden by the insulation once the correct depth has been achieved. With this in mind, you will have to take more care when moving around the loft, or we can have a walkway fitted to make things easier for you.
