Loft insulation is the ideal way for you to make your home a more comfortable place to be throughout the year.
Investing in loft insulation enables you to enhance the overall heat retention for your property, ensuring the warmth from your central heating will stay in your property for a longer period of time. Not only does this ensure that you remain comfortable during the cold winter months, it also means that you could find yourself saving money on your heating costs too. This is made possible by reducing your reliance on your heating to keep your property at the optimum temperature, which could help you to cut down your heating cost! Alongside this, you could also find yourself reducing your carbon emissions too as you use less energy on a yearly basis. With our loft insulation service, you’ll be able to warm your home in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
Getting loft insulation installed into your home is an easy and stress-free process, expertly carried out by our professional team to ensure maximum quality and minimal disruption to your daily life. The process includes the laying of a mineral fibre material that is laid between the joists and then over the joists in your loft or roof. This then works to capture the heat that would normally escape through the roofs, helping to keep draughts at bay! Even if you currently have loft insulation, your home will still benefit from a top up as it may be below the recommended level of 270mm if the insulation was fitted a while ago! All you have to do is get in touch with a member of our friendly team and we’ll be more than happy to run through the process with you. Insulation can be applied to Electric Heated properties as well as all other type properties.

Our team will survey your existing attic space to ensure that new loft insulation can safely be fitted.
If you have some older insulated fitted in spaces around your loft, this will need to be removed before our new product can be fitted.
The rolls of insulation will be cut to shape to ensure there is no excess trim they and the insulated boards have been fitted.
Our loft insulation will then be laid out in the appropriate areas, avoiding cables, water pipes and light systems.
This isn’t something that you need to worry about, as we can lay top up insulation over the floorboards. Alternatively, the floorboards can be removed to make way for the standard loft insulation process.
The only thing this may change is the cost, which will be determined at the survey. If there are less than 20 linear metres of pipe work in your loft space that needs to be insulated, we will include it in the cost. If there is more, we will have to charger a ‘per meter’ rate.
Yes. The only difference here is that the ceiling joists will most likely be hidden by the insulation once the correct depth has been achieved. With this in mind, you will have to take more care when moving around the loft, or we can have a walkway fitted to make things easier for you.
